PTA Funded Field Trips

Every year the Hedgcoxe PTA allocates a part of the budge to fund at least one field trip per grade level.

The grade level teachers select a field trip that aligns with the curriculum and covers the TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills) required by the STAAR test.

These field trips are funded by the PTA through fundraising events like the Fall Carnival, Spirits Nights, Kona Ice Truck, Silent Auction, and the Pumpkin Contest.
