The Texas Chess Center is excited to partner with Hedgcoxe Elementary for the Fall 2026 semester.
The Hedgcoxe Chess Program is designed for bright new beginners to learn the fundamentals of
the game and the opportunity to learn from one of the top coaches in DFW. The class will consist of 25-
30 minutes of learning and then followed by 30 minutes of supervised play. Students will learn fundamental chess strategies and tactics, challenging their minds and giving them the confidence to succeed!
